impactFULL was founded on the belief that equity and inclusion are fundamental to strong, resilient organizations.
Across public, nonprofit, and community-driven sectors, we saw the same challenge repeated. Organizations were deeply committed to doing good work, yet often lacked the structures, tools, and clarity needed to translate values into action.
Equity commitments were made, but accountability was unclear. Data existed, but stories were fragmented. Lived experience was referenced, but not always meaningfully centred.
impactFULL was created to close that gap.
